- Have completed one of Job Corps’ basic career technical training programs.
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
- Have a valid driver’s license with at least 18 months of driving experience.
- Have a Social Security card (original) and birth certificate (original).
- Have a positive behavior record with no major incidents in the past 90 days.
- Have a positive attendance and progress record.
- Have health clearance from the Job Corps center where they received basic training.
- Meet academic (math and reading) requirements.
